What it’s about.
Do you feel out of control around food? Do you feel like you spend way too much time obsessing about food, dieting, your body and what you should and shouldn’t eat and you STILL find yourself bingeing and falling off the “dieting” wagon? If the answer is yes, let me first say, I can totally relate. Here is the good news! You can free yourself from emotional eating and heal your relationship with food and your body! I want to help!
